1. General Policy
To ensure customer rights and enhance after-sales service quality, YGS Manufacturing Trading and Service Company Limited supports product exchanges for the same item in cases where the product has manufacturer defects or is damaged during transportation.
This return and exchange policy applies to all products purchased from The Yogis’ Shop, both in-store and online.
2. Conditions for Return or Exchange
Products are eligible for return or exchange only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The product is broken, dented, or damaged during delivery
- The product has technical defects or manufacturing faults
- The wrong product, model, size, or color was delivered (for online orders)
- The product is unused and remains in its original condition
- The product includes original packaging, accessories (if any), and purchase invoice
3. Cases Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
The Yogis’ Shop does not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Products that have been used, show signs of dirt, scratches, or deformation caused by usage
- Products damaged due to improper use or incorrect storage
- Requests to exchange for a different product of higher value
- Products that exceed the allowed return/exchange period
- Personal hygiene products (if applicable), in accordance with store regulations
