1. Scope and Coverage of Delivery

This delivery policy applies to all customers who place orders via theyogishop.vn.
YGS Manufacturing Trading and Service Joint Stock Company provides shipping services nationwide within Vietnam.

2. Delivery Methods

A. In-store Pickup

For customers who purchase products directly at the store or place orders via the website, please carefully inspect the products and compare them with the invoice before receiving the goods.

B. Ho Chi Minh City Delivery

• Estimated delivery time: 1–2 days
• Shipping fee support of 30,000 VND for orders from 500,000 VND
  (If the shipping fee exceeds 30,000 VND, customers are responsible for the difference)
• Orders under 3kg: 30,000 VND
• Orders over 3kg: shipping fees calculated by the delivery service provider
• Delivery staff will contact customers in advance to arrange a suitable delivery time

C. Nationwide Delivery

• Shipping fee support of 30,000 VND for orders from 500,000 VND
  (If the shipping fee exceeds 30,000 VND, customers are responsible for the difference)
• Orders under 3kg: 30,000 – 50,000 VND
• Orders over 3kg: shipping fees calculated by the delivery service provider
• Estimated delivery time: 3–6 days, depending on the delivery location
• Please provide accurate delivery information to avoid delays or lost shipments

D. Product Inspection & Support

• Please inspect your products carefully upon receipt.
• If there are any issues related to product type, quantity, or quality, kindly contact Yogishop for prompt assistance.

E. Order Changes or Cancellation

• Orders may be changed or cancelled before being handed over to the shipping carrier
• If the order has already been shipped, customers are responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred
